Pumpkin playing "light sabers" with his cousins. PS: How is this pale-skinned, light-haired, light-eyed boy related to me?!The boys and I took a trip to visit Scott's family yesterday. His sister was in town from Idaho with her six (!) kids and I didn't want Mister and Pumpkin to miss out on a chance to play, play, play with their cousins that they don't get to see very often. They had a wonderful time! It was totally worth the 5 hours spent in the car yesterday. Pumpkin is getting to the age where he doesn't want to miss out on anything so he refused to nap yesterday. Surprisingly, he did just fine. Must've been a combination of excitement and sugar-fueled energy from all the chocolate chip cookies that somehow found their way into his hands. But boy, we weren't on the freeway for 5 minutes on the way home before both boys were out like lights.

The 3 Amigos. They were all born within a few months of each other.

Not the best picture of me, but I wanted to put it in anyway.

Mister was busy jumping on the trampoline with his cousins. I asked him to stop long enough to give me a smile for the camera. This is the face I got..... "Don't bother me Mom, I'm playing!"
