Bring on the Prunes

Mister has been potty trained for about 4 months now and he's such a pro. He never has accidents and we never have to remind him to go potty. He just goes on his own. He will call for me if he needs help after pooping, but otherwise he does it all on his own. Today he went into the bathroom and I noticed it seemed to be taking him a long time to finish up, but didn't think anything of it until he started calling for me in an urgent voice. I got to the bathroom and he looked so concerned I asked him if something was wrong. He shook his head no, but when I asked him a second time he confessed:

"Mommy, my poop is stuck."

You see, Mister is a cheese lover. He'd eat it all day if we let him. Apparently he's had too much lately because now he's constipated. Gotta get some prune juice into him! I'm sure when he's older he'll be absoultely mortified that I share this kind of story with you all, but hey, when he's a dad he can do it his way. I like to share. :)

Dave says, "Forget the prune juice. Give him some Metamucil!" He knows you guys have it in your cabinet and he knows that Scott takes it. He says you should too!

Ok Mariss- you need disclaimers on your blogs so I can stop eating and drinking before reading!!!

On the plus side- it's a great way to diet!!! :) xoxo
