Yesterday our friends Seth and Lisa called us up and invited us to go out to a pumpkin patch with them. Of course we were delighted to go A) because we hardly ever get to see them anymore even though they only live 30 minutes away and B) because we LOVE pumpkin patches! This particular pumpkin patch was amazing and I think it's my new favorite. They had free tractor rides, a free giant hay pyramid and a free hay maze for the kiddies. That's a lot of free fun that most other pumpkin patches charge you $8 to be able to do. And with our budget being tight as a drum, we love free these days. :)
Mister was so happy to see his friend M! They played together pretty nice and on the car ride home again kept asking to go to M's house instead of ours. Pumpkin wasn't too interested in things this time either. At least this place didn't have any muddy hay for him to try to eat. Then again, we didn't let him sit down by the pumpkins this time either. He mostly stayed in the double stroller with E or in the baby bjorn with Scott. Here are a few pictures from our trip.
Here are Mister, D and M running in the pumpkin patch:

Pumpkin wasn't too interested in the pumpkins, but he sure thought this corn was fascinating:

Pumpkin started getting tired toward the end. Look at that face!
After initially refusing to go through the tunnel under the hay pyramid ("It's too dirty!"), he braved the dust and went anyway:
Thanks so much for inviting us Seth and Lisa! We had a wonderful time with you and your boys!

Your pictures are amazing! THey look professional! What kind of camera do you have?
That was so much fun - thanks for coming with us!
Jenni - I got a new camera about a month ago and have LOVED it! I'm so glad you think my pictures are nice. I'm really working on my photography skills. Anyway, the camera is a Sony Cyber-Shot H50. There's so many fun settings and options that are easy to use and not too technical, but still gives great pictures. :)
How fun, your family is so stinkin' cute!
you two look beautiful. the happy couple that is...
Your pictures are amazing. And I just love pumpkin patches. They have on here in Hawaii but unfortunately we won't get to go before Halloween.
What wonderful pictures! Marissa, you look gorgeous!
