Pumpkin was introduced to the wonderful world of lollipops yesterday. Mister had one and was kindly sharing it with him, but Pumpkin made it pretty clear that he wanted his own. So we let him go at it. He loved it, of course, but after a minute or two of candy heaven he soon became frustrated that he couldn't bite it off and chew it up. He wasn't content to just suck on it. His happiness quickly dissolved into a fit of tears so we had to take the lollipop away in the end. Poor guy, he was so mad at us for taking it away, but too frustrated to keep it. It took a little while to soothe him after that one. :)

Ha ha! Me too Pumpkin!! I guess some of us are just too impatient for such long-lasting candy. :)
Poor Pumpkin. It is such a hard thing to learn early that we can't have everything we want. Kisses to Pumpkin.
