We are visiting my in-laws right now and with the full house, we're all sharing a bedroom for the week. When I woke up and Mister heard me (apparently he was already awake) he turned to me and said the most wonderful thing in his sleepy morning voice.
Mister: "Mommy, I'm so happy."
Me: "Really? I'm so glad to hear that."
Mister: "Yeah, I'm so happy."
Mister LOVES being here and being able to play with all his cousins who live around here. He really thrives whenever we visit and it warmed my heart to hear the first words out of his mouth this morning were to tell me that he was happy. As a mother I think that's what we all want to hear from our children.
