Mister has some questionable new habits...... Read on to hear about them. Then, for all you bearers of girls out there: are girls like this too or is this type of behavior reserved solely for those of us who have male offspring?
First up is his new habit that he likes to do in the car. He'll stick his finger up his nose then wipe the contents on the inside of the car's window right next to his seat. He seems to think that this qualifies as artistic expression and he likes to show off his "art" by pointing out anything new he does. We now keep windex wipes in the car with us.
Second, he loves to play with his food. I mean really, what self-respecting kid doesn't though, right? Tonight he had a (very boring and easy for Mom) dinner that consisted of a sandwich, a few chips, and a cup of V8 juice (there's the healthy part) with a straw. He proceeded to pull off small pieces of his sandwich and drop them down the straw in his juice. Then he repeated with small parts of his chips. Then he decided that dipping his chips in the V8 splash juice sounded really tasty. He ate most of his chips only after dipping them in the blueberry-pomegranate flavored liquid. After all that his juice had a major case of the "floaties". Imagine that juice with salty tortilla chip bits and peanut butter and jelly bits adding to its flavor..... All that hard work really made him thirsty though, and he drank all his juice at the end of his meal, floaties and all. And he was so proud of himself for all his creativity! At least he didn't waste any food or drink I guess.....
And last but not least, I think he's a nudist. Our house is really cool right now. We keep the thermostat really low and we just bundle up in order to help keep the heating bill low. Anyway, it's like pulling teeth to keep him clothed. He'll run around in his underwear and complain that he's cold, but won't put on his clothes or sit under a blanket. I don't understand..... It's a daily battle to keep him clothed. He seems to think that any time he goes to the bathroom, it's the perfect opportunity to strip down to his skivvies. I'm pretty sure he's too young to be trying to prove how tough he is to go so under-dressed in the cold. You know, like those crazy football players who go sleeveless in the 2-degree blizzard to prove how tough they are? I don't think he's doing that.....yet.....but I don't get it.
Anyway, those are my latest observations on Mister's behavior. He's a funny child. He's so comical and loving and feisty and bright. He definitely keeps me on my toes.

Oh my how funny. Some of the things kids do! Mister keeps you on your toes that is for sure & it sounds like Pumpkin is right behind him. We Love You Guys & Miss You!
I think I finally got our name right so it doesn't say & in between us. I do not know why it was doing that! Keep up your Blogs because We love them & We Love All of You! Give Mister & Pumpkin Big Hugs from Us!!!
Emily LOVED being naked as a toddler! My parents made up the "naked police" and anytime she'd strip down they'd look all scared and tell her "Oh NO! Now the naked police are coming to get you!" and she'd run and put her clothes on. We all jumped in on it too and anytime we'd hear any sort of siren we'd yell "Emily- the naked police are here for you!!!"
Ahhh, the joy of younger siblings to torture. Either way, it worked at getting her in her clothes!
Hahaha! That's too funny! Maybe we should try the naked police thing too. :)
Apparently he does not care what his food looks like. It all goes to the same place and he is eating it so I say...go one Mister...keep up your creativity!
Hahahaha!! Wow that post made me laugh. Crazy Mister !LOL I loved the boogers on the side of the car window. EWE! Although, confession, my parents tell me I did that too when I was little but put the boogers on the back of my favorite chair. LOL. Again...EWE!!!
