I just wanted to take the time to document some of the fun and cute things I've noticed about my boys lately so I don't forget them later.
Mister
Mister is a fun, energetic and loving boy. He's very social and is always telling me about his friends. He will strike up a conversation with anyone who'll listen. It makes me sad when he tries to be friendly and talk to other children who then ignore him or don't respond to his friendly overtures. He doesn't get sad, he just says "I don't think he/she heard me...." Also, he loves to look at the fish case at the grocery store. It's the highlight of any shopping trip for him. :) He talks about starting kindergarten and riding the bus every single day. He really likes to please and tries hard to be obedient and make people happy. Like every child he has his moments, but he gets geniunely upset if he thinks you're mad at him. He's got a soft heart and gets his feelings hurt easily. Despite all his fighting with his brother, he's a peacemaker. If Scott and I start getting snippy he'll tell us to be nice. Or even if someone's telling a story that gets animated and sounds like maybe they're upset he'll be sure to ask if they're mad or of they're ok. And one of my absolute favorites is how he wakes me up every morning. He gets up with the sun (waaaaayyyy to early in the summertime) and comes into my room, and with a sweet quiet voice will say "Good morning Mommy" and give me a kiss on the cheek. How can you not look forward to that every day? :)
Pumpkin
Pumpkin is really coming out of his shell lately. He's becoming quite the little instigator with his big brother. He loves to eat strange things like risotto, salmon and prosciutto, but hates pb&j sandwiches and jam in general. He refuses to eat anything with jam on it. He'd eat a loaf of bread for breakfast if you'd let him. He loves toast! He likes to eat his pizza crust-end first. He likes to sit on my bathroom counter and watch me get ready in the mornings. Every day he'll take the toothbrushes out of their holder and stuff it full of q-tips instead. And every day I'll put them back where they belong. When we go to the store and he sits in the cart he MUST be crashed into the other carts in the cart-return place before being put in his carseat. He will throw a HUGE fit if you don't crash him first. He loves to read. When left to his own devices he usually plops himself down in front of the bookshelves and flips through books over playing with his toys. I love seeing him sitting quietly with a big pile of books surrounding him. Pumpkin loves the bedtime routine. He doesn't fight it at all. He skips into the bathroom every night to have his teeth brushed, then skips down the hall to his room and I help him into his pajamas or "jammas" as he calls them. We all say prayers together in his room as a family then I tuck him in under his two special blankets and with his favorite water cup. Every night he smiles up at me and says "Night, Mommy." Never any crying or struggling. Loooove that sweet little boy.
These are just a few things about each of them, but they're so special that I didn't want to forget them by not recording them somehow.

Oh so exciting! We are pretty close only about 4 weeks difference!!! Are you hoping for a girl?? I have one of each so I really don't care!!! I have felt good this time around too. I think we are busier with having 2 to chase and we don't have time to think about it! Well, congrats!
I am so glad you capture the boys special moments because as much as we say we won't forget, sometimes the daily rush of life does just that. Cherish every moment with your children...I know I do!
Beautiful Post about two very precious special little boys! We can not wait to spend time with these special loving little guys! We love you all!!!
