Scott's Graduation

Family picture, minus Pumpkin

Scott with his proud parents
On Saturday Scott graduated from Washington State University with his Masters of Business Administration. He started his program back in May 2008 and it's been a loooooooooong 3 years for our family. It's been really hard having him work full time and devote his evenings to his church calling and 2 nights a week to going to school. There were times he wouldn't see the boys from the time they went to bed on Monday night until he got home from work on Friday night (aside from a few minutes to pour them a bowl of cereal in the mornings before he headed to work) because of his schedule. We're SO HAPPY to have him back to ourselves now! It was 3 years of hard work and sacrifice on both of our parts, but it was worth it. And I feel (and Scott agrees) that this MBA is OUR degree - not just Scott's - because of all the hard work I myself had to put in with the family to make it possible for Scott to achieve this goal. So WE got our MBA! :)

We topped it off with a veritable feast at my parents' house. It was so wonderful to be surrounded by amazing, supportive family and celebrate this huge achievement in our lives.

Congratulations Scott, you're amazing!
