Do As I Say, Not As I Do....

We were in Wal-Mart today picking up a few things. Mister was being a very good boy, really loving and cooperative. No tantrums or yelling at me that he wants a toy or a candy. I was thoroughly impressed with him. I told him how much I appreciated him being a good boy at the store and for not yelling. He seemed pretty pleased with himself too. So impressed that he felt he needed to police others who were out of line.....

SCENE: Wal-Mart main aisle. A boy in another cart is shrieking at his mother about something.

Mister: Mama, why's he shouting?
Mama: I don't know, but I'm glad you're not shouting.
Mister: Yeah, I'm not shouting today.
Mister: (To Other Boy, shouting at the top of his lungs) "Hey! Don't shout like that! I said don't!"

Haha. So much for not shouting..... :)
