We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year. My brother David and his wife Amanda came into town to visit for a while and we really enjoyed spending time with them this week. For some reason I didn't really take many pictures, but I did manage to snap a few during the week. Mister had a great time helping with the dishes. Really all he did was play in the soapy water of the pot that was soaking, but he still felt very proud of himself for the contribution. Pumpkin had a good time eating anything we put near his face. He tried turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, cheesecake and Amanda's ridiculously good banana pudding. But his absolute favorite was the cranberry sauce. He loved it!

Oh my goodness Mariss... "pumpkin" looks just like you when he smiles! And after that spread you guys had out there I bet everyone was smiling the whole week!
Too bad we missed it.... we didn't even get to talk with anyone that day. Sad!
So weird to read "David and his wife Amanda"!! We had a blast hanging out with you and the family this week. Thanks so much for all the tips and advice! Can't wait to see you guys in January.
Thanks for sharing Mister and Pumpkin with us. We all had a great time but definitely missed half the family. Maybe next year.
