Taking Advantage

We've had some great weather the past few days and it's only supposed to get nicer (until Friday, then it's supposed to start pouring again on Saturday of course). The boys and I took full advantage of the sunshine this afternoon. It was a little brisk with the wind blowing so we piled on the layers and headed out to absorb some vitamin D and play fetch with the pups. We all took turns throwing the ball for Bruno and Belle - even Pumpkin got in on the action when Mister was kind enough to share the slimy ball with him (don't worry, we washed and sanitized all hands afterward). Bruno and Belle had a blast running around like mad and Pumpkin had fun crawling around the deck. We've tried putting him in the grass, but like Mister when he was that age, he doesn't like the feeling of it on his hands so he cries if we put him down on it anymore. But he found plenty to entertain himself on the deck. And I count any outing (even in my own yard) a success when it ends on a sweet note (see below). :)
