Ferdinand

This afternoon the boys and I spent a lot of time out in our yard. It was nice and warm but overcast so it wasn't too hot out. Perfect weather for gardening (which Mister diligently reminds me to do every day), chalk drawings, playing fetch with the dogs and flower picking. Pumpkin must've sat in the clover for half an hour just picking the flowers, smelling them and offering them to me and his older brother. It was so sweet - I'm glad I grabbed the camera and got some cute shots of him. Of course I'm completely biased, but I think he's just the most darling 16 month old around! I titled this post "Ferdinand" because he reminded me of the bull Ferdinand from that children's story about how he didn't want to fight in the bullfights, he just wanted to sit in the grass and smell the flowers. That's what Pumpkin reminded me of today.

I LOVE MY FAMILY!

Aww... what a cutie! His auntie approves of the "make peace not war" mentality :)
