Scott took Pumpkin on a short errand this evening, so Mister and I cuddled up on the couch to watch President Obama's press conference together. After a few minutes I realized that he probably had no idea who that was so I tried telling him about our president and how he is the leader of our country, etc. He thought about it for a bit but then looked right at me and said:
"No, that's not President Obama. That's my dad."
Hmmmmm.....not sure if he is color blind (not necessarily a bad thing in this respect) or if he was just trying to be contrary. But he was adamant that President Obama was really his dad. Oh, and another funny thing he said tonight:
"Mom, can you help me fix this flashlight so I can go look for monsters?"
Funny guy.

Oh cute! That reminds me of how Johnathan used to call the missionaries Grandpa. We weren't sure if he was genuinely confused or trying to get a laugh. :D
We can not wait to spend some quality time with Mister and Pumpkin! Mister sounds so funny and some of the things he comes up with! Hope all is going well for you and your beautiful family! We Love You Guys and Have a Blessed Weekend!!!
Mister indeed is a funny little guy whom I can never get enough of...and Pumpkin too.
