The boys have really enjoyed having him around so much. We've been to the campground where we're going to go camping over Memorial Day to check it out. It was closed but we just parked and walked in and had a great time playing in all the downed trees and the boys sure got a kick out of their first introduction to stump jumping. :) We had a family baking day, because what smells and tastes better than freshly baked, homemade bread? On Wednesday we spent a lot of time going on a walk and playing at the park. Today we went up to the mountain and took the boys sledding for the first time. Mister absolutely loved every second in the snow. Pumpkin loved the sledding, but got mad in between (when he wasn't sledding). And heaven forbid Mister wanted a turn to go down with Scott.... Fortunately about halfway through the outing Mister decided he liked sledding on his own best. That made Pumpkin happy. Next on the list is a tour of the local fire station tomorrow morning with a group of friends and maybe a trip to the airport to watch planes in the afternoon. Fun fun fun!
We're sure going to miss Scott when he's gone but we have really lived it up this week! Enjoy the pictures below.
