Driving Conversations with Mister

Mister and I were driving home from his swim lesson the other day and he had some really funny things to say. I just had to get them out there before I forgot them, so here they are:

We see two people he knows walking down the street as we're waiting for the light to turn green.
Mommy: Where do you think they're going?
Mister: (without missing a beat) They're going to Canada.
Mommy: Really? What's in Canada?
Mister: They're hiding from the scary monsters who want to get them!

Later on that same drive, we see a basketball hoop that has obviously seen better days.
Mister: Mommy, what happened to that basketball hoop?
Mommy: I don't know. I looks broken.
Mister: I think the talking spaceship did it.

This kid is so creative. He's always coming up with funny explanations for things and loves to tell stories. And he's very detailed about it all. Life with him around is never dull, that's for sure.

I think Mister is a creative writer, actor, or movie director in the making!

I hope we get to see each other sometime soon again. We are going to Montana sometime this summer probably end of July. Maybe our paths will cross again!

Out of the mouth of babes...!

Sounds like you've got the next C.S. Lewis with his creative mind. I think he has the makings for a 'great' Author.
